I have a few sample packs to give away so have decided to put them on the forum to win in a competition. If anyone joins in with this challenge or the other one. Unable to find the other competition at the moment, will add the link when I find it.
All those that enter will then go into a lucky drip draw on Sat 18th Dec to win 8 foil balloons in various sizes and some 36" as well, two bubble valentine balloons and an excellent book by
Addi Somekh and Charlie Eckert, "The Balloon Hat Book" http://www.balloonhat.com/diggy/# (http://www.balloonhat.com/diggy/#)
Hopefully you will receive them for christmas but due to royal mail can not guarantee. At a guess the prize must be woth approx £50

Brilliant Graham,

I'm not up to much till Thursday,so will have a go, as I like to support Kenny in what he does wih these fun bits, but using this to sneak a word of thanks in to you for your great photo record of the Millenium Jam.

Also, I have the Balloon Hat Book, and would encourage anyone to have a go at winning it, as it is a FABULOUS book. An amazing photo record of a journey round the world with a camera and a supply of balloons. The photos are quite stunning.

All thanks to Graham for his generosity  :D  :D  :D

Here is my effort all made out of the five balloons in white, yellow, green, black and red, Santa and his toy sack.
Kevin, I'm not being that generous! the foils are all samples that I have been given and the book was in the welcome pack from The Millennium Jam and as I have this already I thought we may as well give it to a good home.
I will not be putting my name in the lucky dip draw for the prizes but hoping that a few will join in and make this a fun competition.

I was not keen on the look of the first santa so did him again. I have cheated though, the yellow around his boots is a second yellow balloon.

I was chatting with Graham yesterday and told him I didn't have time to play, then I found myself awake an hour before Princess Grabby Hands (my granddaughter) arrives this morning so I played. lol  I used 1 white 260, 1 black 160, 1 green 160, 1 red 160, and 1 yellow 160.

Love the first Santa Graham!

Hi all,

Here's my try. I used a green 260 for the tree, with a yellow 160 for the decorations. The pot was half a black 260.

Santa was a red 260, and a white 260. His boots were the other half of the black 260.

Merry Christmas  :D  :D  :D

The more posts with a different model then the more chance you have of winning, I will enter your name into the hat every time you post on this section.
So if you post three seperate models then your name will be in the hat three times as well, I think thats clear??

What a great fun idea you have come up with Kenny  :D

Penguins are my favourite, and there is a great love story with our penguins in Weymouth, which I will put on the "Off Topic" page if anyone cares to read it.

Love your Penguins Tonya and Jeff, here is mine, before.......and after !!!

well thanks Leslie, but please don't sell yourself short.  You do a great job!  And you've thought of stuff that no one else has...that says something (good) about your creativity!   ;)   Keep up the great work!

Oh yeah, and Kevin...I love the skiing penguin too... I forgot to tell you that earlier.   :)

Okay...here's my next one.  This was actually Bonnie's idea, she told me she thought of doing this a day or two ago, but didn't have time, so I told her I was going to steal her idea because I didn't have any left.    ;)
I didn't really like this one so much...but I may try to do a bigger one around a christmas tree soon so I can add a few more details.  I think it has lots of potential.  Thanks Bonnie!   :D

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it was all done in 160s.  The train wasn't so easy...I had to do it 3 times before I got the proportions right.  The red things in the train car are supposed to be presents, just in case you were wondering.

Here's a quick one I had an idea for........

Poor Rudolph has a nasty cold, so Santa has to deliver all the presents in his flying saucer  :D  :D  :D

(Red & White 260's, Black and green 160's, and a yellow Geo Blossom)

I thought the idea was alright, but the model rubbish, but I thought I only had small geos, no donuts. Just remmembered I had a few old donuts tucked away somewhere, so thought I would have another go !!

B***er !!! no yellow ones, so forgive me, you will have to imagine it is yellow not orange (If that is OK with you Kenny  :? )

Here is space Santa re-modeled :D

And many thnks to Kenny for setting the whole thing up.

I really love the ABC game, the tagged comps etc, and feel it helps us on this forum to have fun with one another, and get to know what we all do on a bit of a personal level.

Graham has created the most friendly and sharing balloon forum I know of, so thank you Graham for making it happen, and thanks everyone else for being proper lovely peeps  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

Wow!  Thanks Graham, I figured Kevin's name would for sure be pulled out first because he has so many entries...lol.

If it's okay with you and it's not too late, I would like you to redraw so hopefully someone over there wins.  I would love to have it, but I know it's expensive to ship things overseas, so I am withdrawing my win. I appreciate it lots though, it was a fun challenge to take part in.  :D  :D  :D

And I second what Kevin said...thanks to both Graham and Kenny for making this such a fun site and for all they do!

Tonya that is very nice offer from you but I did realise that I may need to ship abroad and it's not a problem,
anyway Lyn did pull a second name out of the plastic bag last night and it was mine
So we better just send the items over to the US as we had many overseas entries and only the odd one or two from the UK.
