Title: The Valentines Card Challenge!!

Dear Forum Members...

We have come up with a new challenge for valentines.

Members who want to get involved MUST create a vaneltines card from balloons.

1.You can enter as many times as you like.

2.The colour WHITE must be used in your creation.

3.Use as many balloons as you like.

4. All entries must be in by the 16th of feb.

5 The "ultimate balloon card champion" will be chosen by Kenny and Dave on Friday the 17th of Feb.

Please note even if your a beginner we would still like to see your entry!!

Enjoy this challenge and have fun.

I made this for a window display in a hairdressers, and after photographing it ,thought it would make a good card.

I should have used a white geo for it to fit with the challenge, although Tweety has got whites in his eyes :?

After I have delivered it I may do something else while I am having lunch !!

Hi all, My example of a valentines card. This was a fast one, as you can see by the "loose weaving". A cross weave would have been much better, as you can create a very neat and tight weave at speed!!

On the way home I popped into Clintons Cards to get a Valentines day card (to send to myself and pretend it is from a pretty lady  :roll: )

I saw a nice card, and thought I could re-create it in balloons

Aaargh I wish I had the time to make something. If I get 10 mins or so tomorrow I will try. I have had a great idea.  :idea: Just hope i get the time to share it and join in with this competition.

Hi Anna,

You have been busy, I hope you had time to relax and get pampered this Valentines  :D  :D
I like the last dove on the heart the best.....so simple and elegant !!

Valentines day has really been draging itself out here. I've not done anything special, just lots of odds and ends.

Anyway, last one today, for a guy who is taking his girlfriend out to dinner tomorrow. (I hope he got her something on the day as well, or he may not be around tomorrow  :D )

Hi Kevin, your teddy is so cute! I'm sure the girl loved it! As for me I carried the last things I made to the hospital and the children were delighted to offer them to their moms.(So tender!)
