Anyone know where I should buy the RGB LED devices used in balloons?

There are some on ebay, but I want to buy about 1000 for a large party. People have suggested me to look in alibaba.com for large quantity purchases, but I've never used the site. I don't know how to find out if the quality and seller are good. If someone can suggest me a good company which sells these please let me know.

I can't find a brightness of the light from any seller...

not something I have used for a while so cant help sorry

I did use lights a while back and found they needed to be inside Jewel tone balloons to get the best effect, as the other tones dulled the brightness
