These are not on the DVD, I was just playing with the flower idea.

I was then carrying the flower design and bingo......................a dress.
I think I need to make the first one again, a little softer and possibly with 160 legs, the second dress is just from Thelma's flower design.
Again neither of these designs are on the DVD, just ideas I had from watching the DVD.

CONCLUSION,

Now I do appreciate that as I know Graham pretty well and we do chat nearly every day and twist pretty regularly together that some might think this is a slightly biased view of one of his products and not a fair reflection. All I can say is that these are just my thoughts, they may differ from others who have looked at the DVD but I just honestly gave you my thoughts and constructive feedback that may help others
decide if they would like to purchase the DVD at some point. Here is hoping Graham will not get too mad with me for pointing out a couple of things that I feel could have been
filmed better but then we do have to remember this was filmed in 2007 and things and people move on so perhaps Graham would have filmed it differently if he was starting out again?

The DVD is available from qualatex balloons and priced at just £20 which nowadays I think is an excellent price and good value for money.

Would I recommend the DVD........................well yes, there must be something here that you would learn and use in the real world to help your balloon reputation.

I just sorted the link out above and noticed there was a nice review of the DVD from a Dan Catt so I will post his comments here as well.
If anyone does have the DVD it would be interesting to hear your views on what you thought of the DVD contents.

This is one of the first balloon modelling DVDs that I purchased and it is definitely the best that I have in my collection so far.
Graham does a stunning job of describing all of the twists and the ‘over the shoulder’ angles help in so many ways.
This DVD not only gives you models to replicate for yourself but also gives you so much in the way of inspiration for embellishing your own designs.
I cannot recommend this DVD highly enough – it really should be one taking its place in your own collection.

Just as an after thought, Graham did make and explain the heart design using the link-o-loon/quick link balloons. I did not make this but it was around 5ft tall and that is with just using the smaller 6" balloons so in 11" it would possibly make an excellent backdrop for a photo opportunity.

Learning from the DVD I would suggest that everyone re visits their own DVD collection they have at home as when first viewed your interests may have been in a different place and with the extra experience you have a new concept or idea might come about from viewing a DVD again that is sat on your shelf. I found it invaluable and well worth viewing the contents again.

I was just looking through my portfolio and look what I found, how uncanny a picture of Graham and his large heart sculpture.
So finishing off the review in full :D
