Hi all!  I'm brainstorming for our school carnival in the fall. The theme is Wizard of Oz. I am the only one doing balloons so I am trying to do most of the sculptures with rounds instead of 260s/160s so I can do them further in advance.  I am having trouble trying to figure out the life sized tinman- specifically his chest/body.  I'm trying to figure out if I could make a barrel like chest by stuffing a 3ft round.  Anyone made a similar shape before or have advice? (I'll also be making the scarecrow, lion, monkeys, witch, glinda dress, haunted trees, columns etc so trying to simplify as much as possible!)

Thank you! Hope everyone is well :)

I just did a search here and nothing came up.
On Google a few came up but mainly twisted designs.

Thanks Graham, I didn't have any luck either- I was sure I was missing something.  I'l going to experiment with stuffing some 30 inchers to see if I can get the shape. I could always just use quads to make the body but really wanted to capture that smooth barrel look for the torso (then I could use balloon nozzles as the buttons on it).
