Dear Audrey,

Did the caretaker have any distinguishing features that you could build on to make a balloon likeness of him ?

This may sound more complicated, but might actually turn out easier in the long run.

I made a Bob the Builder with a tool belt holding a hammer and screwdriver. The belt was a mocha 160, with simple loops at each side to hold the 160 tools. the head of the hammer was tulip twisted for a flat face. The screwdriver blade was a 260, with a puff of air in, and a tiny tiny poodle tail at the end.

The beardy character is Stormy Sam, the R.N.L.I. mascot. His lifejacket is very similar to a high vis jacket, so combining the jacket, with the tool belt twisted into the pinch twists at the bottom of the jacket may work.

Graham has qualatex neons for the high vis part. orange or green would seem the best, and you can buy just 10 to save investing in a full bag.
Kind regards
Kevin
