Some very good news :D Well I think so, I have just booked Shirley Ray to do the Darlington Care & Share day with four 1 hour sessions.
Shirley is definately one of the UK's top twisters so this is a day not to miss.
Due to this booking the £10 fee will be staying the same but there will be no £5 off voucher.
Please book ASAP as we still need a minimum of 15 for the day to go ahead, I have 4 booked so far.

The day is now confirmed and will be going ahead, just trying to confirm the venue details. Looking to book a travelodge the night before so if anyone is travelling up and staying over perhaps we can go out for a meal the night before as well.
The early bird special has changed to the first 15 who book for the day, so there are two spaces left. The day will be £20 once the first 15 places are sold out which is still a fantastic bargain to see one of the world's leading twisters. http://www.qualatexballoons.co.uk/catal ... -23-1.html

I'll be driving down from Edinburgh on the morning of the 9th for this and driving back up afterwards, so if there is anyone 'en route' that needs a lift please send me a PM and we can sort something out.

I plan to come down either the A1 or A68 - whatever suits really!

Why not come down the night before Neil and we could go out for a meal, you wont be so tired on the day then.

What's the address of the venue please? The train fare is quite reasonable so I will come if it isn't a hugely expensive cab ride from the station...

I've just booked the travelodge at Sedgefield for the 8th March.

Natalie, I've tried the past two days to book the normal venue at Newton Aycliffe but can not guarantee it will be held there yet as they may have other things going on.
