The twisting convention that Dennis and Ingrid were talking about at the memorial lecture is now all booked with venue details and website.
Cost for the event which includes, registration, room, food and drinks is just 250 euros with a supplememt if a single room is required.

I really, REALLY want to go to this, but I've spent all my money on the Qualatex Event the following week. And what's more, the competition piece I was really excited (and honoured) about helping build at it has not been accepted for entry...... All I need now is to find the cat has chewed all my 260s or something and my month will be complete!!! :evil:

Neil,. if its makes you feel any better we had our entry kicked into touch as well - I was pretty gutted as well.

I am still waiting to hear why as I have asked, never having entered a comp before I wanted to know where I went wrong- if I dont know then there no point in entering any other comps.

Like I said, if this was a cake comp then I would like to know if there was too much salt, sugur - too dry - so the next time you know where you went wrong -

I think this was a fair request as people have spent a lot of time and money on putting forward entries so it would be nice ( for me at least ) to know where we went wrong.

i am hopefully back at home working for a while now so hopefully can start getting back into my balloons and magic.
its not easy when your working away from home doing long hours. :cry:
