Think the 8 year old split second one is older myself - found it strange whenthey quoted £650 as conwin price when its £850 + vat so not much change out of £1000
The nozzles are the old style and wont take the double bubble outlet - but you can buy replacements from conwin, qualatex or UPUP. nozzles we paid about £10 each as with the double bubble outlet
The hose looks quite yellow and that usually means both sorts of gases have been used and maybe also in need of replacement the cost of one of them is about £85 + Vat
It does not have included a foil inflator, which comes as standard with all split seconds!! dont know if they sell them you would have to talk to suppliers above - think it woul dbe around the £80+ mark also though
They have told me they replaced the foot pedal.
Not saying its not worth bidding, just thinking if you go for it you may need a couple of hundred poounds etc - just to bring it up to being perfect
the other machine is a duplicator 2 - you can only inflate 1 latex at a time, but for most decor work its all you need as it has a foil inflator as well - remember these machines are a lot less in price than the split second sizer at about £5/600 + Vat
Pam xx
