You can either come to individual days or perhaps join the balloon artistes guild and

Here we go then with the start of the pictures,
I took over 400 but some were doubles and some out of focus etc
It will take a few weeks to post them all.
Thanks to all who bring a few nibbles along. Its very much appreciated.
We went with the crushed pink velvet backdrop look this time.
My attempt at Eric's shark
My attempt at Eric's goffa/beaver.
Eric's goffa/beaver and a group shot.
Eric and I believe session two from day one.
More hatching designs.
I think this was my attempt at the hatching dragon.
Dragon time.
Danielle's competition piece for day one, Buzz hairband.
The theme was wearable.
It was then onto hair designs.
Everyone working away.
From session three of the day.
The balloons get made and then thrown away and discarded once we have pictures ;)
It was then competition time.
I love the competitions and the thought process in making up the designs.
More from the competition.
Last of the entries.....and the winners were?
3rd Andrew, green alien hat
2nd Dan, another hat and stick inside
1st Donnie, another hat, Queen the band.
with some nice prizes from myself and also donated from Qualatex.
Trying to get a better picture of the winning competition design from Donnie.
Last session from day one.
And now the first session from day two.
Day two was on distortion.
Ine made the crocodile with the distortion technique.
A few dogs and variations.
We then had a smallest teddy bear competition.
It got very competitive.
Someone even drew a teddy onto a scrap of latex and entered.
Mind you there were some stunning prizes to win,
even a Rob Driscoll 2016 calendar.
Danielle making her competition piece.
More small bears for the other competition.
Some people are very messy when they work ;)
We had two competitions, the smallest bear and food related.
A few more from the distorted muzzle session.
The smallest teddy competition was so so funny.
People were getting very competitive and then when Paul was
checking the size of three that were pretty close he popped
one of them. It was so funny but you had to be there.
Then when it came to the actual judging Paul spent what seemed
like hours trying to decide. It was fun and the winner was.........
Dan.
Then it was onto the food related competition,
first up was Caroline and her cucumber........
I'm not sure everyone was taking this seriously ;)
From gummy bears to hot dogs to the frying pan selection.
Even Dan went mad and added to his usual stick design.
I love the competitions at the days. Its nice to see the variety of ideas.
Last of the competition pieces, we had so many prizes we had
a first, second and third for I think the first time.
Danielle was voted the winner with her baby on the ice cream.
Thanks to everyone for entering, the competitions holds
a very dear place in my heart..........I Love them xx
That's the last lot of pictures that I took from the day.
Many thanks to all who attend the days and make them what they are.
Thanks also to those who bring nibbles along and help to keep
the room tidy and help carry the shop in and out.
Its all very much appreciated XXxx
