It has been a while since i have been on Balloon Chat...hope to visit more often, i am just to busy at the minute. I need a link or some advice, instructions for a glam rock type of shoe/boot. It could be a weave design or whatever you fine people can come up with.

I am decorating my sisters 50th birthday party and just thought it would be a nice anchor point at the end of a string of pearl arch. It would finish of the theme i have in mind and hide the weights.
