Sorry if you have not passed an approved balloon decoration basics course you cannot join Nabas.

Likewise if you are not a working performer with proof of work you cannot join Equity - but you can ring their insurance company and ask for a quote.

you have to supply proof of working professionally -
ie contracts from agents/corporate clients or confirmations of bookings - equity are really easy to deal with as most are performers themselves, so will go through everything with you:  Dont know if there still is but ther used to be a student rate as well for students who perform.

If you are a member of equity the public liabilty insurance policy  number and the fact that it is for £10,000,000.00 is printed on your membership card so you always have it with you

Steve if it's still the same criteria for joining equity & I'm sure it is you need to show proof of 3 past bookings 3 present bookings & 3 future bookings also if you contact equity ask if there is a local (in your area ) equity rep you can contact
