August Model of the Month (Machine Gun)
« on: July 29, 2018, 04:45:25 PM »
Now I did think twice about having a gun as the model of the month.
Well to be honest I thought about it three times at least as I'm
sure people have mixed feelings on making guns and weapons.

So I went with it and will only make guns for the children if mum
or dad are there and say it's OK for them to have one.

This is what will be coming to you in your complimentary packs this month
if you do purchase from us. If not then please have a go at the design.

Here we go then with the instructions for the machine gun.

If you are not using a chrome balloon for the second balloon you
might need to make the sections slightly shorter as the chrome
balloon can be up to 6/8 fingers longer in length.

If you use a chrome for the first balloon then you can slightly
lengthen the sizes as well.

Inflate the black 260 and leave 4 fingers un-inflated,
make a 4 finger bubble followed by a 1.5 finger pinch twist.

Make a 10 finger bubble and then two 2 finger bubbles
and make into pinch twists.

The rest of the balloon was made into approx. an 8 finger bubble,
a 6 finger bubble, an 8 finger bubble and then that should leave
approx. a 4 finger bubble for the rear handle.

Inflate the chrome balloon and leave 4 fingers un-inflated,
make a 2 finger bubble followed by a 1.5 finger pinch twist.
Then make a 6 finger bubble followed by another 1.5 finger
pinch twist.

You now need a space bubble, on the one I made I left a 1.5 finger
bubble and twisted this into the black balloon pinch twist above the
first handle of the machine gun.

Make another 1.5 finger spacer bubble and twist this back into the chrome pinch twist.

Make a 6/7 finger bubble and make another 1.5 finger pinch twist.

Wrap the chrome balloon snugly around the black 260 and twist
the chrome balloon back into the pinch twist.

You now need to snugly fit the chrome balloon around the chrome
balloon again so you have two circles wrapped around the black 260.
Twist the chrome balloon into the pinch twists again.

The end of the balloon you have left does vary, on this model there is
a 2 finger bubble and on others sometimes 4 fingers.

On occasions the chrome balloon is not long enough to wrap around twice,
if you find this then just stretch the chrome balloon through your hand
to gain an extra 2/3 fingers in length.

While doing the instructions I made three machine guns and you
can see the end of the chrome balloon near to the rear handle
is a different length on each one.

You can also see the spacer bubble on the nearest gun is smaller than the
1.5 finger bubble and the front of the gun is slightly pointing downwards.
