Make another 4 finger bubble and discard the rest of this balloon.
Tie this into the two pinch twists at the front of the boat securely.
Push the middle section with pinch twists into the boat slightly.

Add the front section of the boat that you saved earlier.

Add the sails as per instructions above.

That is version two, I'm still unsure which one I prefer. Perhaps I need to
make a few times in the real world and see what one is preferred there.

Hope the design is of use to some.
