Hi kevin, Thanks.

The colour scheme is due to the limitations of "Pound Shop" balloons, there are no white.
He's built using 12 balloons
I figured I'd play with and waste the cheapest of balloons for a while before investing in better ones.
If I can make things with these I'll have no trouble using decent balloons.

They look like the expensive pearl balloons.....I must start buying from the pound shop

(Don't tell Graham though  :D  :D  :D )

You did so well to make your rabbit from pound store balloons. What is the brand name on the packet? Nice job.

Hi Nippy,

There is no brand name on the packaging.
In each pack there is 40 balloons of 30" long x 1.5" when fully inflated and a pump that immediately falls apart if used.

They are not really economically viable as I've found about 25% of each pack is useless, got holes or are deformed.
At least two are required to do the same job as one 260.

Having said all that, they were convenient for me to purchase locally and I'm enjoying practicing with them.

Cheers
Rob

Again, I know this is an old post but I am going to take the advice that Graham gave someone else and start doing the models of the month.  Since in the beginning of this thread we were given the option of either the RoadRunner of the Rabbit, I chose the RoadRunner.  I have had trouble knowing how much tail to leave when inflating and this creation was certainly no exception.  But as I read recently on the "Five Minute Delights" - PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!!!!!

Here is my attempt at the bunny. I used 350s instead of 360s so did a little resizing.
I really like this design and my girls loved it.
Thanks Grahame
