Hi im natalie and im 27 from the united kingdom - i just wanted some information were would the cheapest place to buy balloons from or even starter packs to do balloon modeling. I have done a little bit b4 like i know how to make a dog cat small monkey- monkey up a palm tree dolphin hat some loodle face an some others. if anyone has any help they can give me i would be very greatfull thanks nuttynat xx

Graham has 2 starter packs available. If you click on the Sempertex sales at the top of the page, then look down the list in the left you will find the page to go to.

Both packs include pump, DVD and 2 bags of balloons. Armed with one of those kits, and help from everyone here you will be well on your way.
