This is the problem I am having - I have a number for them but wanted to see if I could get some background first before calling.  My problem is not balloon related but as they seem to be a balloon company from their name I had hoped someone on here may have heard of them.

Graham has given me the go ahead to say why I wanted to know about these people and that is because they are the balloon and face painting people at Alton Towers and have been displaying mine and a few others photos on their A-Frame as their own and without permission  :shock:

Alton Towers were not really interested when I spoke to them and would only really say that these people are the sub-contractors and that it wasn't their problem.

One of the other girls who have had thier photo "borrowed" phoned the lady concerned today and she has agreed to remove all the photos that are not hers.  We also have a member of Face Paint Chat heading there soon and she is going to check that they actually do as they promised.

Hopefully they will learn from this but we will wait and see  

Glad you mentioned their name Yvonne - I was getting concerned as most of us locally know of the company that used to do Alton towers Face painting and balloon modelling - and all members of their family teach both arts, so can see little need for them to use others pictures.  As far as we where lead to believe Alton Towers went inhouse a couple of years back and had staff take over - seems they have now gone back to an outside company! Or the staff have set themselves up as a company?

No I know who used to do Alton Towers and Kate has posted on FPC to say she has informed the area manager of copyright issues etc.
