 Post subject: Pens when it's cold

Was working out side Friday and found the ink would not dry.

I use Prockey water based pen.

Suspect as it water based this is the reason it did not dry, needs heat for the water top evaporate?

Can anybody suggest a pen that will dry in cold weather please.

I was outside on friday night when it was -1 I use sharpie and had no probs
