Hey all, Here is a Flamingo I made yesterday. I have had a few occasions in the past where someone has asked for a flamingo so I thought I would come up with something.

what a coincidence as well. I have one to do next week for a window display.

It is for a beauty salon called "Pearl and Flamingo" now all I have to do is work out how to make a pearl  

It must be Flamingo season, he he.

As for a pearl, how about making a clam with a pearl in it?

I cheated a little bit, I stuck it to the floor with sticky tape

I want something more than just a plain round, so was thinking of a pearl in a gold ring, but that is a bit out of keeping, as they are into natural products, so a pearl in it's shell fits perfect.

Will put up a pic when it's done.

I really like the shape of your flamigo head.  

 Do you get lots of requests for a Flamigo?   We do here.   It is something new; did a new movie or show come out that I am not aware of that has a Flamigo in it?

I don't get that many requests here, once in a blue moon, the only flamingos I can think of in pop culture are the ones in Fantasia, are there any in the Madagascar films? I don't think so, There was Crimson wing from Disney a year or 2 ago but that was a live action nature film.
