I had a play with these designs, posted with no artwork in case I muck them up first.

Adding the artwork, the pale blue pen does not show so I had
to draw on with the white edding then paint the pale blue over this.
It did take a time.

Then with the green one,
although the finished artwork is very difficult to see on this colour.

The last one. I only had a pen that was a berry colour so would have clashed with the balloon.
The artwork needed to be pink really so we ended up with white on her chest motif.
