Price; Day rate £55 per person, with Sunday overnight B&B £75 per person (the hotel will charge the same per person for single and double rooms, so no surcharge!)

Parking in Tamworth on Sunday is Free, BUT it is recommended a 70p half hour ticket be put on car after 8pm and a £3.50 day ticket can be purchased from hotel reception and displayed in car, then parking is allowed in local 2 hour car park - Blue badge holders can park opposite the hotel in parking bays...

Balloons and Tunes are again holding a day for all in the balloon industry , Decorators and Twisters to get together, have some fun, network and share knowledge

We have Well Known and Respected Industry Teachers booked for the Event
We have a venue booked for the Event
We now need YOU to book onto the Event to complete the Fun

It’s a day of hands on fun with Balloons of different makes and sizes
Creating unique designs for you and your customers
Bring yourself, an open mind, a pump and a camera
(maybe a pair of scissors if you have them, its always helpful)

Paul Pearce of Balloons and Tunes will create with YOU

Sue Bowler (Marston-Weston) will create Balloon displays with YOU

using Anagram Balloons

Graham Lee will create with YOU balloon sculptures using
Qualatex modelling balloons of various sizes (he may bring his shop if you ask)

John Bowler will have a Surgery (The Conwin Doctor!) where you can
Discuss what to do and how to do things with Conwin Equipment and any problems you may have with Conwin items you own

But most of all we want YOU to be part of the day

We are looking for it to be based more on the care and share days format and style of presentation and design rather than a full structured training day. Classes will be going on in various rooms, but they are all on the one level and there is disabled access to the venue and rooms.

The cost to participants will be kept low at £75 per person (including Bed & Breakfast Sunday night at the Hotel) (There is Karaoke in the Bar if you wish to join in, or if you wish for total peace and quiet you can ask for a room in the hotel annex) – or £55 day attendance only. All product used on the day will be supplied and Tea/coffee refreshments during the day and a buffet lunch will be supplied by the hotel for those who attend.

As this is an outside event, we need numbers ASAP, so please contact us with your intentions

For those wishing to stay for a meal after the event the hotel has offered a carvery for all delegates at £6.50 per head but we need to book it in advance so let me know with booking…

When you say limited spaces, is it because of fire regulations or hotel room space?

wanting to give people the best from the day will limit the places.. Fire regulations in 2 of the rooms are about 180 people each.. but that would be far too many people for anyone to benefit from the day...

Hotel has 40 rooms of which only 4 are single the rest are double and twin - but occupancy will be on a first come first served basis... so the 36 other rooms could be filled with couples or singles... and then there is availability for day passes without using any hotel accommodation..

There will be 4 classes taking place - so there will be 4 groups and I think the maximum each group will be about 15... giving a limited number of 60 people at the event..

If you are a Bapia member they have now offered a £10 discount to all members... just prove membership when booking...

I would love to come -and its nice and close too.... but am working.

I am so jealous! Wish I lived nearer than in Northern Ireland; I would go to them all!!! I know you will have a wonderful fun filled and educational day.
