I think the teddy would look nice with part of the 260 wrapped over it's nose from the neck. I think I posted this at the Leeds day and also at Bishops Stortford.
I think it is just practice, you have the concept, do you have slack on the black balloon? It is this slack that lets you have a larger second bubble.

Yes, there was plenty of slack to start with. When i was pushing the black bubble into the balloon, it just kept disappearing into the inflated part thus making the first bubble smaller than I wanted. Should I have put a temporary twist into the uninflected part to stop any air escaping into it?

That was the pattern I followed but it was the marriage twist that wouldn't seen to work for me. I'm sure Its something simple that will sort itself out in time. Thanks for your patience Graham!!!
