Have spoken to Pioneer directly, who advised me that I must have attended a balloon course in order to open an account with them, then contacting qualatex via the email link you have and was told that I can order it directly from america, however to postage was crazy and the ribbon more expensive?

Welcome / Online Balloon Course's
« on: July 08, 2012, 03:54:37 PM »
Hello! Hoping somebody is able to help, I really need to buy some masterbow ribbon from pioneer europe uk, however they have advised me that in order to make purchases from them I need to have attended a balloon course (Balloon course when I want to buy ribbon?). As I am unable to find this ribbon to purchase anywhere other then pioneer, I now need to find a balloon course close to sussex which I can attend. I do balloon decorations for friends and family as a hobby so have never really seen the need to attend a course as I am not a business.

Thank's for reading my rambling's

Julia
