I think A party just isn't a party without Balloon..... Balloon are a better way to display our message or feelings than on a printed balloon.. Celebrate their wealth of life experiences and all the lives of those they have touched. Create a party of sentimental moments that celebrates a long life lived!  For a 95th birthday party use balloon centerpiece, tie a colorful balloon bouquet to a balloon weight that matches your ninety-fifth birthday color palette. Choose correct color palette because it's very important. Collect a photographs from their childhood and a current image of them now. and create a Sentimental  Party with this photographs. Have the cake decorated with the words,Happy 95th Birthday" message..

Hi friend , Use Hand Held Balloon Pump or Balloon Inflator. Both are Double Action Air Pum, That means both pump directions are putting air in the balloon. That saves you a lot of effort/energy... I also use Balloon inflator...  One most good thing It's inexpensive.
