Title: What the client sees?
Post by: Graham Lee on August 16, 2016, 10:07:24 AM
"Do you ever wonder what the client sees"

I posted the snow white design over on facebook with the other two variations,
this is the thread, https://www.facebook.com/groups/8826992 ... 0207953530 (https://www.facebook.com/groups/882699231850764/1025401154247237/?comment_id=1026238407496845&notif_t=like&notif_id=1471340207953530)

And Terri posted a very good question, "Do you ever wonder what the client sees"

So do you make a design that will please you or to please the client?
This I expect will be different for décor and twisting but I thought it was a great question.

I wonder what the client sees all the time. I tend to think my design may not be good enough. I don't feel it's bad to think that way. If anything it pushes me to come up with a better design or some way of perfecting it.

I often wonder what the client sees, the other day I was asked to make a few different breeds of dogs, i ended up being asked for an Afghan hound, so I threw this model together and I thought it was ok, but the customer was so over the moon and raving about how good it looked. it does make you wonder.

I think sometimes that 'normal' people don't really know what can be done with balloons, its dogs, flowers and swords, you make anything more complicated than that and you have their attention.
