To do the pop twist you will need either an ear twist either side of the pop twist or for a safer more secure type of twist make the split twist. The bubble in between the two sets of split twists will be popped. This could make arms & hands for a model from one balloon rather than using two.

Cool. I have a pop twist that turns my 6 petal flower into a 5 petal flower. Which is why I'm going with the 4 petal flowers.

He He....as soon as I saw this I didn't think it would be long before Graham said something  :D  :D

(Rockinmagic, one of Grahams pet hates is a 4 petal flower !!!)

Here is an idea though that may help. If you make two 4 petal flowers, you could twist them together and make a nice two-tone flower
Kind regards
Kevin

I've been trying for ages to get the pop twist under my belt. Thank you so much for the tutorial. I didn't know about using the balloon to separate the ear twist into two segments. This is so much easier than my twisting with fingers method.
