Ear/pinch twist (4)

The ear pinch twist instructions are taken from some lecture notes that were written up a few years ago.

Am I correct in assuming this is known as pinch twist because the bubble in question is so small yo have to pinch it to twist it? When twisting small bubbles I always worry about it popping. Are modelling balloons made of tougher material than I think?!

You will be able to turn a pinch twist approx. 48 times before it will pop, well that is what it took mine to do so.

Thanks, thats reassuring. I tried a giraffe with pinch twist ears just now - the first ear was great, however, the second ear was harder for me to do. The second ear is right after the first and I have a hard time trying to understand exactly where to twist. Are there any good videos online that might show me in a little more detail?
