Well 2012 was on of the best years I have ever had.

Highlights of 2012 for balloons are:

Rediscovering balloon twisting after I needed to fill 3 hrs of kids entertainment!
Discovering this forum and balloons can be used to make more than dogs.
Getting bookings from people I don't know.
Getting more bookings from their recommendations.
Getting kids coming up to me and talking about the balloons I made them.

none balloon related highlights would be,

surviving my first year of self employment.
Getting picked up by a few local events companies as their sole childrens entertainmener.
Getting a residential for my psychic entertainment side of business.
Performing in front of Jarvis Cocker (and blowing the minds of some emerdale actors)

Stupid phone!

Now I've wrote that down I'm even more impressed with 2012  :lol:

Balloon based plans for 2012

Get some residentials for the balloon side of things.
Start my side business that I have been plotting.
Get my website for the childrens stuff up and running.
Get out and do more twisting, even if it is busking.

Kinda linked to balloon plans

Get my daughter and sister set up with face painting and glitter tattoo business so we can offer a better package.

And other plans are just to grow all my businesses.

Highlights of 2012:
    My first full year doing balloons and getting paid for it!  I've been doing balloons on a volunteer basis for probably 15 years (mostly simple stuff), but in August of 2011 I started doing some gigs for pay and expanding my repertoire of balloon animals.
    My first time at Twist & Shout -- I loved it and am planning to go to the one coming up the end of January!
