I know there was a thread about how to remember your figures, or something to that effect, but I couldn't find it, so I'm putting this here.

I was at Office Depot the other day and found these little Digital Photo Viewers, so I decided to give them a try.  They are small, but the pictures are actually very clear and it is very kid friendly.  It holds 58 pictures that I upload  (and add and delete as I want) from my computer. They plug into your computer to charge and it says they last 5 hours on a single charge.  They were only about $10 each so they were very reasonable.
I used them at the restaurant last night and it worked WONDERFULLY!  The kids and parents loved seeing all the pictures and it made it very easy for them to choose what they wanted. (there are buttons on the bottom so they could scroll the pictures back and forth)
It was also kind of nice for me, since I have a lot of new figures this Christmas, if I couldn't remember how I made something, I had a picture to peak at to jog my memory  ;)

That's a great idea. Simple and easy. As long as someone doesn't walk away with it.

I love this idea.  I have never liked the idea of a menu before but this makes it really portable and neat.  I do have one question though, how do you get your balloon pics so nice.  I mean with the nice plain background and text underneath.  What software do you use?  I am searching the forum for answers but no luck as of yet.

I can't speak for Tonya but when I do stuff like that I usually use CorelDraw but since that is expensive (as is Photoshop which can do it also) and good bet is GIMP.  It is free totally legitimate software that you can just download off the net and use.  There are also loads of tutorials of how to use it (in amongst the photoshop ones   )
