Three have been a lot of threads and discussions on facebook about this, the first post appeared and was asking for money and people obviously were a little
wary as there are so many hoax's and scams around.
It does look like this is now true and Irina is in hospital after a very serious crash, we all wish her well and hope she makes a full recovery.

After seeing your post, I googled for her name as I'm new to the balloon community. I gather she is a well known twister. I don't understand why she is asking for money because she was in an accident. I'm a member of a few reptile groups on Facebook - an american heck breeder has also been in an accident and is also asking for money - this I can understand because of the way the american health service works. Is it the same in Russia

I hope that didn't come across as insensitive, it really wasn't meant to be! Just interested in why people turn to the internet!

Ирина Лобанова feels a little bit better! Unfortunately doctors don't let her stand from her bed up! The tumor of her hand is gone but not the color! Her voice is normal and she say to everyone "hello" and "thanks"!
