I watched this documentary this evening and found it fascinating....I see what you mean by the parallels between paper and balloon art.

So glad I could share it with people who understand. I have never done Origami before but plan on trying it since watching this. I also think the passion that all the folders have for their art is something I understand on a deep level.

Have any of you balloonists tried Origami before?
