Hi everyone!
I searched my question on here but I can't seem to find an answer....although I'm now starting to confuse myself!
Basically, I make balloons from home...helium filled balloons and twisty ones...my question is do I need insurance? Public liability insurance or the likes! I don't go to events or functions and do twisting, I make everything at home but do I still need to be covered?
I'm starting to lose the plot trying to find the answer! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you x

For the money you pay for insurance I say its best to have it than not . If you use paints on your balloons and it stains someones clothes or anything your coverd get insured you will have piece of mind if your selling your balloons taking orders from home your esentially running a business ..

I'm guessing that if they turn up at your house to pick up balloons and fell over something there may be a claim as well. Bapia do a monthly scheme to help spread the cost for insurance.

Legally I am not sure.

But I do know I would not be without it, remember if there is an accident they can come after you including your house.

Look at NABAS or BAPIA both offer good cover.

I wouldn't work without it myself.
When it comes to the day I arive at the pearly gates I hope to slide in sideways saying to st Peter WOW!!! what a ride.
