To give everyone a clue it was a lady at Qualatex USA called Rebecca or Rachael or maybe something else. I've lost her email address.

You could always message them on Facebook.  I just had a question answered overnight, so they obviously monitor it.

Hi

I just primted out the form on their website, filled in my payment details and sent it snail mail but you can fax it too, I think. The payment was taken out and I am told I should have the latest magazine within a week or so, but I did send it months ago, you have to wait until the next mail out, so I guess you will be looking at getting the summer magazine now.
