I had a party on Saturday and it was not till I arrived that I realised it was a super hero party.
Mainly Batman though as they had outside the old and new style Batman cars from the movie and show.
I did make a basic Batman design but the guests were more into other designs that I was making.
So when home thought I would have a play.
Danielle posted this basic Batman design that is quick and easy for line work in the real world.
So this was my starting point.
These were the first changes we made, taking the cape from the shoulders
and added a bubble from there to the head section.
We then tried for some bat ears.
Then changed the colour and tried 160 cape, extra 160 at side of head to bulk it up.
Then tried a 350 for the head and variations in colours etc
and arm structure to see what I liked the best.
I think we did forget to take a few pictures as Batman evolved.
This is how my thought process works.
Then adding cape and artwork.
So this was the journey of how we came up with Batman.
Thanks to Danielle for the Batman she posted as that was my stating point.
I also made the Ironman at the City of London balloon jam on Tuesday
so two models for the price of one, he he.
Batman was a few days old in the picture, the shine had gone and he was slightly de-flated.
I made a different Batman face today for a larger model perhaps.
I added the body to the newer head design I made the other week.
