I found these on clearance at Tesco today. They are 35cm across. Four of them were 50p each and the add your own age one was 70 p. they also had some large silver numbers at a pound. Still loads on the shelf. They also had wedding type ones, its a boy and its a girl.
They seem cheap to a hobby balloonist but perhaps not so for those of you buying bulk. I only fill them with air and they last ages.
