Anyone knows if this is available in UK or Europe?
Shippingcosts from USA are way to high! Or no shipping at all..http://www.amazon.com/Crop-Style-Rollin ... B000P0RDY6

Pascal this is on the Amazon UK site. Perhaps the shipping is cheaper within the EU?

I hope this helps

So, anywhere else in the world I think I'd be told I was crazy, but here I feel safe saying this.

My Crop in Style XXL just didn't hold enough balloons.

I decided it was time to add more, yes more, pockets. I'll say this - I'm glad it's done and I'll NEVER do it again.

I made matching pockets and attached them to the underside of the lid. I'll leave the handle up a little bit and there's a belt & clip sewn in to the new pocket setup to hold the lid open.

I just finished last night so I haven't stocked it yet. I will be doing that tonight.

My 2 cents as well.

Have used a couple of very similar items in the past and always been frustrated, that there wasn't enough large scale storage for volume of balloons, and all the tiny pockets (that looked good at the time) ended up being annoying.  With 35 small pockets and only about 10 items that are small enough to need their own pocket, I'd check that it will match your needs carefully.

Now I use my old trusty balloon belt (with a various bags), 2 busking bags and a very nice cloth tool bag, that has lots of large pockets.

For my use at least, much better...

I agree. I've gone through 4 different set-ups.

I've been using my XXL for a few years now and I love it. I don't have individual items in their own pockets though. My 5" rounds (solid colors) are split between three pockets. 6" hearts are split between two pockets. But I had hodgepodges of other pockets. 6" geo blossoms with tipped and non-tipped 321's.

That's the kind of stuff I'm hoping to better organize and augment with these new pockets. Like the 321's, I'm going to add blush and brown as well as add additional qty's of the ones I already carry. Same with Geo's. I have some specialty balloons that I'd like to carry (11" Irish prints, Halloween polka dots, etc.). I had no room to do so.

Hey Sean

The photos of your bag look amazing, but I'm a little confused with what you're saying...

From your pics, are the only modifications you've made to the pockets on the inside of the lid?  You're saying that it didn't hold enough balloons until you modified it, but then later you say you've been through 4 different set ups and you love it, so I'm a bit confused as to whether you're endorsing it or not (as supplied by the vendor).  I'm interested why you say you'd would you never do it again when adding pockets? Was it the material, the time and cost, the difficulty, etc?  How many balloons (pre-modified) does it hold, in your opinion?

Please don't get me wrong, Sean - I'm not questioning you're opinion (honest!), merely trying to understand a bit more about the product and whether at £174 ($271 USD) for a bag, it's worth buying.

Many thanks

In the US the Bag retails for ~$160 US.

Unmodified It holds THOUSANDS of balloons. I would highly endorse the bag as supplied from the manufacturer. Although $270 seems steep. If you can get it for $200US or less I don't think you will have any regrets. I think I have a full bag of pretty much every twisting balloon (160, 260, 350, 646's) Qualatex has to offer in the center of the bag.

I was being a bit persnickety saying I needed more pockets. But I love to have access to everything all the time.  I get grief all the time from local balloon artists about the number of balloons I carry.

Also, there was one large pocket on the lid that I was using to hold open bags of balloons "temporarily" which ended up being there all the time and I didn't think it looked professional. So I finally bit the bullet and made the four rows of pockets on the lid. 1. I'm not great at sewing. 2. the material was difficult to work with. 3. It took much longer than I expected. That's the reason I said I would not undertake that project again. But I'm glad I have them.

I'm in love with the case. In fact, it's a few years old and is starting to show some wear. I'm thinking about buying a new one. The new pockets I can transfer to my new case if I decide to do it.

PS. The four set up's I've been through are three separate aprons and my artist palette table (which I love but it also didn't hold nearly enough balloons and the set-up/break down took way too long). For mobility, I still use my twist-em-up apron for restaurant work but I'd rather work out of my case.
