Hi All,

Hope you had a good weekend.

While out on Saturday I made these penguins for a couple of ladies from HMS Portland, who were granted the freedom of Weymouth and Portland.

I had a few comments on Facebook saying how they liked the colours. I honestly can't remember the last time I made a black and white penguin. I make most of mine in either pink or blue. I like them better this way  :D

Does anyone else prefer making things in more unusual colours ???
Kind regards
Kevin

Honestly Kevin, I never thought about making them in anything but black and white.  Guess you have just taught me a new twisting lesson, nothing is set in a particular color.  Thanks!

I usually buy a mixed carnival bag for using at school with the kids. It is amazing what some of the creations end up looking like in different colours. I make a pink and blue elmo style figure to give to prospective pupils looking around the school. Everyone should try mixing it up every now and then.  :D
Kindest Regards
Stuart
