I suppose it would depend on the quanity you need but Windy City Novelties out of Chicago, IL USA is a fairly big supplier.  Their website is http://www.windycitynovelty.com (http://www.windycitynovelty.com)

Have you tried Googling "glow sticks" and your area? or even "glow stick manufacturer?"

Hi Billy
Depends were you are based. I got mine from eBay http://stores.ebay.co.uk/glowmania (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/glowmania) no problem at all. The little ones are used for night fishing so if it is not a large amount you need try the local fishing tackle shop if you need a lot they may be willing to put you on to there supplier. (A little more detail in your profile may help others to help you e.g. were you are based) hope you have got the info you needed.

I use them on sculptures for night parades put one in an alien head and see it glow. I will also put in ray guns for aliens. I just like to play with them look good in wands for girls. Have been known to stick them to rocket balloons, look really good as they fly through the air at night..
