I ordered a new balloon set up on Wed from amazon, it was sent out yesterday and delivered today,
good Friday. Was a surprise as I thought it was a bank holiday.

So I will take photos later and post.

So my blue art2go is approx. 2/3 thirds the size of the crop and style bags.
This new bag I would say would hold approx. half of what you can get in the crop and style.

I managed to fit both my black busking bags inside, a tighter fit than the art 2 go bag but manageable.

The pumps used to fit in the side pockets but do not on the new one so will have to lay on top.

I will add some hearts to a origanizer and then I think I'm ready to rock and roll.

In the real world twisting I do not use rounds, I'm probably a little old school.

I do like that the new bag has two larger handles that meet in the middle so I can hold it with one hand.
That was one thing I did not like about the art2go bag.
This will make it easier when travelling about London on the tube.

The wheels are the same distance apart but as the new bag is not as wide the wheels fit nearer the edge of the bag
so I'm hoping this will help it from toppling to the side like the blue one used to when pulling it about on uneven pavements.

I've been looking to change from my apron to something a bit bigger like a busking bag or one of these. They are a great price, but what's the quality like? Is it likely to start falling apart?

Quality? It seems OK but too early to say really. It was only £32 delivered so cant complain too much.

So at the moment I'm liking the new bag, the pens fit under the front plastic wallet,
in a separate zippered compartment.
shame that the plastic pouch is upside down when the bag is open as that would have been great for the pens.

Picture 1, I think I will have my pens set up here.

Picture 2, The pens could go like this if this was the back and people Q'd from the front.
I used to set up with all the balloons showing, this causes the problem of little fingers so sometimes
it's nice to set the trolley cart the other way around.

Picture 3, The upside down pocket

I've ordered one and going to give it a go. Can't argue for that price. Should be here tomorrow.

It arrived today, but didn't have time to get it filled before my gig. I've filled it this evening though. I'll take a picture tomorrow and share.

I really need to change my setup. At the moment I use a shopping trolley which I have added a box into which at the moment holds all my 260s and a few 160s....but it's getting very tight now as I keep wanting to add more balloons. I then have a a small bag on the back that holds all my printed balloons, rounds and over the last few months...more and more 350s. The bag isn't very practical though and hard to find things.....
I can never decide what to pack and what to leave behind.
I wish I could add some pockets onto the trolley but I'm rubbish with that stuff!!

It's been a few jobs since I re-stocked, took me a couple of hours to stock back up.
All looking pretty for a wedding I will be twisting at tomorrow.

I keep one group of balloons upside down, I wonder why that is?

Okay, it's going to sound silly, but I've never had a set up like this... I am curious, how are the balloons held in the larger section? I just can't wrap my brain around it without seeing it.  :D

There is a thread from years ago where I explain the roll up set up.
It's one of those threads that I always struggle to find via the search button.
Will go and see if I can find it, I might be some time!

I've been struggling a bit over the last few events when the bundles get low and the bag is half empty they start moving around and disappearing underneath. I had seen Graham put a busking bag in there but I didn't have one spare to try. Yesterday I had a lightbulb moment and came up with a 58p solution!

I don't have the front of my bag open during a gig so they will be hidden from view and from the top you only see a little bit of the green. Works a treat keeping them upright and seperated!

I had a good look at the balloon set ups' while at Twist and Shout last week.
The Bagchunas and the bag that Ron Fowler made plus the twist em up designs.

There were plenty of crafting bags, all nice and slimmer than the one I use at the moment
but the wheels were very similar in size to the one on my bag and also the same size.
It does wobble off balance a lot as the wheels are too close together.

So my friend Diane had a tool bag that was fab, as soon as I saw it I thought this is the bag for me.
It hit the nail on the head, Diane said I could have her one that she bought after
Christmas and she would go by a new one. Even though she thought it was a little too wide
and she was unable to trolley it down the isle of a plane. How often do we need to do that?

So Diane decided to buy a Ron Fowler bag and I bought the bag from Diane, lucky I did
not take any carry on with me and the bag just fits as a carry on.
Diane was also lucky as the bag she bought she also one the identical one in the raffle on the gala night.

So the bag will always remind me of a special friend that I have from the US,
memories are special.

The old and new bag together, the new bag the wheels are further apart
and twice the size of the crafting bag wheels.

Looks a good size.

I've been seeing so many pictures recently of Christopher Lyle's setup I decided to take the plunge and order a Aloha. I'm just waiting for a date from Ron but for the time being I butchered my tote bag and put it on top of a Zuca. I've just done the one event with it up to yet but it worked really well, packed up and ready to go within a minute!

I'll get a picture next time I'm at an event.
