I have been experimenting with the new periscope app from Twitter. Basically it is live broadcasts you make. Followers can tune in but so can anyone else. You can then save the broadcast for replay viewing by anyone for a day or do before it goes. I have made a few balloon creations live and they went ok. One 350 yellow burst on me but hey ho.
Apparently it is going to be the next big thing in social media/marketing. I don't really see it yet but who am I to argue with the boffins?
If you want to see me do a broadcast and make your own mind up, you can follow me @airwithatwist on Twitter and periscope (I think you can view from a PC if you don't have the app but not sure).
Anyway, for those into online marketing, this might be something to consider (I am told)

This is the latest thing I have made live on Periscope. Getting a few more viewers now. I can see that as an audience builds you have a marketing potential. One broadcast I did today got 170 viewers.

Will do Graham. i am not great at remembering to point people in direction of my website etc yet but am sure I shall get more comfortable with that side of things if I keep going. Still figuring bits and pieces out.

Just given you a plug Graham. Had about 50 viewers tonight. Was a quick broadcast about what happens to my practice pieces and demonstrating the castrator!  :o

Sounds like fun!

This is huge in the gaming world! Streaming I mean!

There is also a art based streaming service called.

Not sure if your interested in trying that service or not!
