I am considering ordering a Swifty bag

http://swiftybags.com/

Does anyone have one and if so are you happy with it?

Thanks,
Martin.

There has been some talk on balloon hq about Allen not being too good at making contact and sending off your order, so you may want to check out the balloon hq emails.

I do like the look of them but they are an awful lot of money especially with no mention as to sizes of bag other than "tiny"!!!

I have been in contact with Allen because I too like the look of his bags.  To begin with he was great coming back to me very quickly and he gave me the dimensions of all of the bags (which I did'nt keep sorry).  But then he just seemed to dissapear and I have never heard from him since.  I am now looking at getting my own bag made as price wise it does'nt work out that much more expensive than the swifty bags.  I will post more once the bag is finished.

I have the largest one it is awesome everything to hand bit heavy when full but a fantastic product I could not do with out it now it has 16 good size pockets for prints rounds and in side 4 Velcro attachments so if your thinking of getting one find out if he is at TMJ to save $100 postage

I just saw that I started this link almost 2 years ago :o

Allen has just replied to me that he has a bag I can buy... my quest may be over!

How excited :D

Albeit temporarily it seems. Having e-mailed me to say he had a bag for me he then went to ground again and never replied once I offered to send him money over.

Every cloud has a silver lining though... I was so frustrated that I went on a hunt for someone to make me a similar bag and I currently have a lady making me one that will be very similar and about 1/3 of the price.

I also stumbled on someone in the UK who is selling their Swifty bag. If anyone would like their details PM me.

I'm conscious this thread seems to be a conversation I'm having with myself, however I thought I would post a picture of my new bag... which I am very pleased with :D

This picture brings my whole Swifty bag saga to a close... cheers Alan!

It looks fab! Is this a swifty bag or is it the one you had made?

Nice - where do I get one from ?

Don't working about chatting with yourself - I do that all the time on some of my threads ;-)

This is the bag I had made in the UK Emma.

If anyone does seriously want one then PM me and I will send you the details. It was not cheap but it was cheaper than a Swifty, even without postage and import.
