Over the past few months I have been filming the odd tutorial sitting in front of a table.
I know..........
you are thinking how did he come up with that name for the new adventure, he he

These are a little more laid back than my BalloonTube tutorials and I explain things
in a little more detail why I do it this way and not that way etc.

So today I was trying a new ring light out that I borrowed to see if it was any help in setting things up quicker.
I have spent a good, well over 4 hours trying different variations with filming in front of the
table and also with me standing up as in the BalloonTube tutorials.

We have had no luck with either due to the fact that I wear glasses and I was getting reflection from the ring light.
So it looks like its back to my old set up of two flood lights sitting on the floor facing towards
the camera so we do not get any shadows as well as reflections in my glasses.

I did try a few options and variations and none seemed to work.
To the side, high above and then right next to the table, all left shadows on the wall or reflections
in my glasses and the last picture the full ring light reflection in one of the wall pictures.

So its back to the drawing board, if anyone has any suggestions then great fully received.

You can just see one of the original flood lights that I have been using in the last picture..

The first design that I filmed back in August for the Table Top Tutorials was Paddington.
Someone commented on Facebook about the design back in late July asking if there was a tutorial.
So I thought that would be a good one to start with, its all ready to go but I just need to work
out on what platform or format we will need for people to purchase these.

There is a thread here with all the variations I ended up making. I think it was nine in total.

These were the three we made for filming, one to show before we filmed so people saw what
we were making and I could keep referring back to it and then I will let you into a little secret.....

I filmed the tutorial twice as the first time I was wearing a short sleeved T-Shirt which has a nice mottle
look to it but on camera it looked like it needed a good ironing so I filmed it all again. I'm sure people
don't realise what goes into the filming etc. I made the design with variations nine times so that
I was happy with the look and the build went together easily and held together once made.
