1) howabout trying the same models in different sizes.

ie the dog in 160, 206, 360
Its slightly different with each size.

2) a basic hat

3) a very basic weave

4) a free subscription to Balloon Chat.co.uk!!!

5) a fish

but i still think you should do the other DVD idea 1st.

hope this helps
Danny

Great I have a lovely one balloon fish as well but forgot about it.
So that is going on and will be number 16. I think 20 will be enough.
Free subscription to balloon chat is on, what a good idea

It's taken all day to get 90 mins in the can so to speak. Have done the 15 twists, raisen, apple, split twist etc front and over the shoulder from the tutorial section on the forum. I've put 10 basic designs recorded front on so have to do the over the shoulder shots tomorrow for these.
Had to do the side wall bubble about 8 times due to a technical hitch ;)  I kept popping the balloon trying to explain it, still puts more into the out take section

Will need to do another DVD as I ended up with 25 one balloon models so with the tutorial would have ended up nearly 4 hours so have split it into two.

You are a hero Graham.
Let me know if you need it edited or not and if when things do go wrong you counted to five before you stopped filming.

I'll give you a ring tomorrow then about the editing, and yes I did count to five to help you out.
I did remember ;)

Well I've had a very productive three days and have got two DVD's finished, the basic one with 10 one balloon models on and the balloon twisting terminology explaining all the twists which will be called "back to basics" or should it be "back to basic's" Does anyone know, gramma wasn'nt my strong point

The other DVD is "one balloon wonders" if that is the right spelling? and has 15 models on.
All each amazingly made from one 260 balloon ;)

I was then playing around with a heart design, first picture which is made from 260's and attempted to make it from some 6" linkoloons but we had one or two technical problems so will have another go to make it again tomorrow as this filming lark is very tiring.
It took me nearly an hour just to inflate the linkaloons :(

No apostrophe Graham (Don't know if i spelt that right   )
And I think 'wonders' is right too

I went to plan "B" with the linkoloons tonight and instead of twisting them to gether I tied them, not as neat but at least we got a finished sculpture which photograhped better than it looked  :(

The heart is about five feet high and four feet across, what size would it be with 12" linkoloons?
The first picture is a bit yellow as we forgot to put the flash on the camera.
