I need to make a stacked balloon bouquet for a friend. I have done the fundamentals course with Qualatex but I can't quite remember where to start.

Can anyone help?

Have you a picture? I'm not sure what a 3,3,1 is.

Now I'm not a decorator but I would suggest doing the bottom three balloons, tie them into the base and then the next three pull down into the first layer so the second layer of balloons sit snugly into the first and then do the same for the top balloon. Hope it helps?

Hi,  Pull all the balloons into your hand,  pull the first one up to the height required.    Then pull the second 3 up to desired height and then the last three.

If the balloons are tied correctly then you will be able to slide the balloons up or down as required to ensure that they are all the same height.

Or mark the wall with the heights reqwired and pull the balloons from your hand up to the mark - you will have 3 marks on the wall 1st, 2nd and 3rd layer.

Hope of some help

as Debbie says

or the recommended minimum height 24" to bottom balloons

so mark a table or piece of ribbon 24", 35", 46"

lay ribbon on table hold all balloons at end, Whilst keeping hold of all ribbons, Take top balloon and let knot of balloon loose at 46" next 3 balloons at 36", bottom 3 at 24", all will be in place.. tie ribbons hand is holding to weight
