I have just come across this but before I rush in I thought I would gauge opinions on here as to whether this would be worth buying or just a complete waste of time?

I have also seen this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Mini-Cool-Aire-Ba ... 1c0502f97a which seems to be a good deal too.

Can't find any others on ebay at the mo but if anyone knows of any good deals on an inflater at the mo will they give me a shout please?

Cheers once again guys.

forget the first one - its for people who dont inflate many balloons it will fall apart quickly = Qualatex sell a similar one for about £47  and their guarentee - check out the catalogue. (page 119)

They also sell the coolaire one I think - if not UPUP or GO will - Balloon Artistry is a Balloon retailer in Wales not a trade wholesaler - you must be able to buy that cheaper from upup of go - go have a look and play with them see which one suits you and your needs

Unfortunately Up Up do not have any of their zibi's in stock as I was in there today and GO only seem to sell the Air Pro and to be honest I would prefer the £90 Zibi from Up Up as that seems to have a timer on it too.  Just not sure when they are getting any in cos I forgot to ask.

Cheers for confirming what I thought on the first one.  Seemed a bit too showy to be much cop!

Looking at them a little more it now seems to be a toss up between the Cool aire (which does seem to be cheaper on eBay   ) and the Zibi Z-46.  I can get the Zibi for £105 plus VAT at Up Up but not sure where else to look?

Philomena used to be the Zibi agent in the UK - dont know if she still is or not may be worth an email to her. Her webiste is  //http://www.fantazia-decorations.co.uk

If she is not doing it any more and just has a few left maybe worth an ask

We recently bought some Z46's and added them to our training kit - we have not had any problems with them but some of our students find them difficult for 5" inflation (Paul thinks they where designed for 11" but then they added the extra nozzles for 5") which is why I suggested you go and have a play with them and see what suits you - some of the air pro models used to overheat when they first came out - presumably that has been sorted as not heard anything about them at all - at lot of people swear by the Air Force buckets - now with foot pedals because more than one person can use them at any one time.

It just finding the one that suits you and personal choice.  Its such a shame we did not have the trade shows this year, because they are the places we test the kit out.

Conwin will most likely be on the Qualatex stand at the spring fair at the NEC in February, which is not too far away and qualatex will probably have the other models on show, if you can wait that long.

springfair.com - trade only -  nec birmingham - biggest trade show in the country - held in february every year - all halls and even marque's filled with all sorts. Its where most companies launch wht will be in the shops next christmas

Go online and book a ticket its free - on day about £25/30 each day

hotels in birmigham charge twice the normal rates and are probably fully booked already ( I quite often end up allowing  my boat as a bed to family & friends)

party stuff in greeting hall - Go just to see the qualatex & anangram stands - they are massive and full of decor with demonstrations and ideas going on all day on the stands

If you plan on going - food is expensive - lots of brochures and information - take a small suitcase or bag on wheels to put everything in and put some sandwiches in it to eat - wear flat comfortable shoes and done plan on only being there a couple of hours - it wont happen

Most of us plan on 2 or 3 days
