t doesn't look too good but does the job great :-) Can even use it to do 11in stuffed & 16in as well as the big ones. You just get an empty curling ribbon spool & cut either end of so your left with a bit around an inch long. Take a balloon & cut the neck off & stretch it over one end & secure completely with duct tape so it's tight over one end & no air can escape. Pierce a small hole in the balloon. To use it put it inside the neck of the balloon you want to stuff so the end with balloon over it is on the outside. Use the thin foil nozzle on helium canister to put through the small hole you made & fill it nearly to the size you want. Use the round end of a pencil inside the smaller balloons to push it through the small hole & blow up with helium & tie. The balloon will keep the hole sealed until you do the same with the next one & keep doing this until full. Hold the neck of the big balloon so when you remove the small tool helium doesn't escape & top up if required before tying :-) after a while you may need to replace the balloon over the top as the hole gets bigger & helium begins to escape.
