Title: Heart frame
Post by: Areyouhappydad on April 15, 2015, 01:51:27 PM
I bought cheap flexible heart frames (they are flexible plastic with spaces for five inch balloons.
I struggled to get them to stay put as individual balloons so tied together before inserting. I did his two ways. One was just push the duplex into the hole so one balloon was on one side and one on the other. This is the version that I would trust to stay together.
The second way was to push the Dulles throught two holes so that they locked around the frame (if that makes sense) I ended up tying them in threes and twisting two of the three together once push through the holes. This looked ok but the flexible frame curled a bit.
I then pushed each balloon back into the plastic hole to be held by friction. This gave the nicest look but I would trust this the least to stay together.
The two frames were about £5 the pair.
Anyone else worked with these and come up with better solution?

Yes its rouse matrix

check out the website it will give instructions
think its supposed to be duplets you use!!
never got on with it much myself

try spraying the frame with the photo tack spray
it helps hold the balloons in place

If it is the Rous System you use duplets. I did a one day course some years ago, but I've never used the system.
