Well it is getting round to that time of year again and I have a couple of decor jobs booked in that have requested 11" hearts rather than rounds.

I have been experimenting with float times on the hearts and so far have not been too impressed. I can extend them a little using hi-float but have to be careful not to put too much in (and even then it only seems to extend for a few hours); I can also extend it by chopping the nozzle but then the balloon looks a mess.

Any hints/ tips/ ideas for getting these to float longer?

Thanks,
Martin.

Dont use them - we all use 17" instead because of the shape they are only the equivelant Float time to 9" rounds.

Qualatex are advertising a new 14" heart - not used it, but it may be worth asking about and trying a bag

also this time of year you can buy red heart foils for such a cheap price usually if you buy 50 or 100 which will float for a week - as Valantines day is Sunday a lot of places will be wanting balloons for both Saturday and Sunday and will love you offering balloons that will last for both
