Hi Linda,

I think that the two outside ones are "bubbles" not foils (but could be replaced by foils).
Unless you have an account with a retailer the best place to get them is probably one of the Online retailers (not certain that graham holds these) or even some members on here or on Ebay.

Costs for this display - I believe that costs are subjective (dependent on area, the type of Venue / delivery, skills, discount, overheads etc.) but rule of thumb: charge to make both a profit and gain a respectful business name.- a lot of Ideas can be found by searching this site for "Pricing"  ;)

looking at the display - looks to be less than £7.00 of balloons (foil and bubbles probably 70% of the cost- rest are "Quicklink / linkaloons) so anything from £30.00+ would be appropriate (may get more folks shouting "More, More" but as I stated it is subjective) - (I believe if you search the web.... Qualatex have a pricing guide for "Balloon Decor").

Hope this helps a little,

The princess carriage is an anagram balloon and they sell them at most wholesalers for just over £3 + vat each

The two outside balloons are Qualatex bubbles at about £1.80 each plus vat

Then there is a collection of  latex, 11", 5", Qlinks 11" , 260's, 646 & 6 " hearts

Unless you have them in stock you will need a bag of each
11" = bag of 25 = £4 plus vat
5" = bag of 100 blue, 100 pink, 100 white, 100 yellow @ £4 + vat each bag
qlinks bag of 50 = £6 + vat
6" hearts = bag 100 @ £5 + vat

presume as a twister you have 260's and 646's already in stock
which will have cost you to buy

then you need sand or other for weights
.........................

If you are new you will have to buy bags to complete the job and it may cost you more than you sell the finished item for... it depends if you have a use for the balloons or are deciding to move more into decor so putting the extra balloons into stock will not be a problem on cost to you

You may also need helium to keep the carriage straight on the top
................................

Graham may be able to assist with the Qualatex products
..............................

I think £30 is very cheap for this display.... as it may cost you over £50 to get all the products you need as shown in the picture

You could always change the colours and not use so many different balloons, therefore reducing your outlay

Instead of hearts use 5", reduce the number of colours of 5"
just use 11" instead of both them and qlinks... this could reduce your spend down to £20+/- + vat... still giving you spares

looking at picture I count

1 super shape (carriage)
2 bubbles
2 x 646
2 x 260
24 11" (included qlinks)
54 5" (if I change hearts to 5")

Just for the above balloons (not buying bags or any extras) plus a small amount of helium for each of the top balloons I have a product cost of Approx £15 for this display x 4 (gives me labour, business costs, overheads, wages etc)  gives me a minimum charge for this display of £60.. plus delivery

Its quite a big display and could be easily displayed as 3 displays
