Quick, quick!!!

I need some easy quick twist balloons for a baby shower I'm hosting tomorrow night. Anyone got a good dummy balloon (using non specialist balloons) or any other baby type things?
 

there is a thread with a few baby;s if  you do a search. The dummy can be a 6" round attached to a 6 petal flower and then a 160 looped around the 6 petal part for the baby to hold.
